COB LED: continuous and close-view
COB fine-pitch LED is well suited to continuous large canvases, close viewing and flexible aspect ratios. Its protected surface and front-service structure can support high-use environments, but pixel pitch, thermal behavior, controller design and spare-module strategy still require careful engineering.
LCD: efficient modular visualization
LCD video walls offer mature commercial panels, predictable resolution and cost-efficient multi-screen layouts. They remain practical for monitoring rooms where bezel lines are acceptable and where standardized panel replacement is valuable.
DLP: stable geometry for critical rooms
Laser or LED-source DLP cubes provide rigid cabinet geometry and a controlled optical path. They suit long-life control-room environments where alignment stability, structured service and established rear-projection workflows outweigh cabinet depth.
Select against lifecycle priorities
The correct choice depends on more than picture quality. Compare room depth, viewing distance, ambient light, content type, acceptable seams, service access, spare-part strategy, energy use and expected operating life before selecting a display architecture.
